The All-America City Ice Rink

Hosted by KP International Market, the All-America City Ice Rink runs from November 27, 2019 to January 6, 2019. 

Open daily; Monday to Thursday from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Fridays from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Saturdays from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and Sundays from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM. 

On school holidays, the ice rink is open from 10:00 AM to 9:30 PM. On Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and New Year’s Eve skating hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. On Christmas and New Year, guests can come skate from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Holiday Fun at the Sacramento Children’s Museum

The kids will certainly have a fun time at the Sacramento Children’s Museum (SCM), a choice destination for children to create, explore, and get inspired. The SCM already has a ton of fun things to do on regular days. This holiday season, the museum staff has lined up some innovative weekly activities just for the little ones, with the goal of delivering meaningful discovery experiences that instill an appreciation for the community, as well as develop foundational skills, and spark a life-long love of learning. 

  • Story Time for Children in Rancho Cordova: An interactive weekly program tailored for infants and toddlers. Adults are encouraged to join their little ones as facilitators read stories and sing songs.

  • Theater Play in Rancho Cordova: This activity encourages kids to get comfortable performing on stage through a series of fun, engaging, and interactive theatrical games.

  • Cultural Connections in Rancho Cordova: A weekly class designed to teach kids about different countries and exploring cultures from all over the world.

  • Yoga Play in Rancho Cordova: This class on yoga makes innovative use of games, stories and play to explore posture, balance, and breath. Designed for ages 4 and up, but all ages are welcome!

  • Music & Movement in Rancho Cordova: This class held in Rancho Cordova is the perfect opportunity to get up and dance to music with museum staff every Friday morning!

  • Creative Art Class in Rancho Cordova: An all-ages program for kids with all sorts of art activities designed for learning and self-expression.

Museum hours are from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Tuesdays to Saturdays, and 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM on Sundays.

Christmas in Cordova Toy Drive at Rancho Cordova Target

Teach the kids the real meaning of Christmas by helping make wishes come true for Rancho Cordova families in need this holiday season.

With the RCPD and Rancho Cordova PAL coming together to provide Christmas gifts and food to families in need, you and your kids can join in the festivities by donating a new, unwrapped toy and wrapping supplies at Rancho Cordova Target. 

The drive takes place on December 05, 2019 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Target Rancho Cordova.
